Reports to Vice President of Volunteering

Lead the recruiting and onboarding of new volunteers. This is a key role in growing AMA Tampa Bay volunteer participation. Provides an opportunity to demonstrate and build relationships with volunteers and gain broad visibility with all Tampa Bay members.


• Responsible for responding to new volunteer inquiries (tracking and contacting).
• Ensuring all onboarding tasks for volunteers are complete.
• Generating interest in volunteering.
• Developing a communication plan.
• Listening for volunteer feedback.
• Working with the Communications and Technology team on open positions, social media posts, etc.

Time Commitment:
4-6 hours a month
