If you visit a McDonald’s in the Tampa Bay area, it’s most likely owned and operated by the Caspers Company, which is now being ably managed by the third generation of the Casper family.
The average McDonald’s restaurant generates $2.6 million in annual revenue, but Caspers stores average $3.3 million, and there are very good reasons why according to Bob Conigliaro – VP of Community Relations at Caspers – who will be AMA Tampa Bay’s keynote luncheon speaker on May 25th.

This led to a Community Relations Manager position, and ultimately to his current role, where he has executive responsibility for Marketing and Community relations.
